After an inspiring visit to this magnificent structure, Seemore Dutch takes you to the lively historical center of Utrecht.
The Largest Castle of the Netherlands
Castle De Haar has 200 rooms with as many as 25 bathrooms. Every room is furnished differently and has its own unique character. Every piece of ceiling, floor, and wall is richly decorated. There are also special antique collections of Chinese and Japanese ceramics from the Far East and a magnificent collection of porcelain, silver, paintings, tapestries, and furniture.
The castle is located on a large Dutch estate, where you can walk around on numerous paths along trees of more than 140 years old. You get all the time you need at the estate to discover and take photos—for example, in the rose garden or of the deer and other animals.
